Please note:

• The Angolan recipient address must be indicated on all documents.
• All trade documents such as certifictaes of origin, commercial invoices and packing lists must be certified by the competent IHK (chamber of commerce) 
• all documentary papers, such as agency contracts, powers of attorney, etc. must be pre-approved by the notary and the district court (Landgericht).
• All private documents must be translated into Portuguese by a sworn translator.
