• You send us your visa applications/legalisation documents
• You receive confirmation of receipt by E-mail on request
• We check your application/documents and make any necessary changes
• We deliver your documents to the embassy/consulate in person and cover the fees
• On request, you receive an E-mail confirmation that the embassy/consulate is processing your application
• We make an appointment for the collection of your documents/passport and visa
• We collect your passport/documents in person and check your visa/documents before leaving the embassy/consulate, so that any mistakes can be corrected immediately
• We draw up the invoice and organise the return of your documents/passport according to your wishes
• On request, you receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been invoiced and dispatched
• You can pay by invoice, credit card or direct debit
