German citizens are obliged to apply for an ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) if they arrived by air.
An eTA is valid for multiple entries up to five years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first. You may stay up to 6 months.

All citizen who live in Germany and need a visa for Canada have to apply for it at the Canada Visa Application Center in Duesseldorf.
SERVISUM can not assist you in applying for a regular visa, please contact VFS Global directly.
