In order to prepare your visa application, we need the form linked below together with the following documents by email to berlin@servisum.de:

  • scan of your passport
    page with personal data
  • passport photograph
    biometric, 420 x 560 px, white background, no glasses
  • additional for business: 
    - copy of letter of invitation from China 
    for one year visas: 
    - copies of the last two business visas within the last two years (entry and exit stamps)

Application support is processed by SERVISUM Berlin, no matter where you submit your application later.

OUTSOURCING

As the visa departments of the Chinese consulates need to be outsourced to CVASC (Chinese Visa Application Service Center). An additional service fee per visa must be paid to VFS (Ordinary: 65,45 € (plus VAT); Express: 114,25 € (plus VAT). SERVISUM will charge this fee to you.
