PROCEDURE SERVISUM CONCIERGE-SERVICE

SERVISUM provides you with information about visa application for China (by phone, e-mail or online). - providing the visa documents and completion of the online application
You prepare all the required documents and send them to the relevant SERVISUM office by email using the form for the application support (see second black box on the right). You can find out which documents you need via the links below. - providing the completed application form
SERVISUM will send you the completed visa application by email after it has been checked and approved by the Chinese Visa Application Centre (CVASC - sending the original documents/arranging an appointment at the CVASC
You send the original passport, the signed data protection declaration, the signed application and a biometric passport photo to SERVISUM and we will arrange an appointment for you at the CVASC according to your wishes (if available) and inform you accordingly. - attend the appointment/submit documents
On the day of the agreed appointment, you will meet a SERVISUM employee at the CVASC who will support you during the application process. Or, if no fingerprint is required, we will hand in the documents for you. - pick up
Once your visa has been issued, we will pick up your passport, review your visa and send everything back to you.
