As of 01.01.24, an electronic travel authorisation (eTA) is required for EVERY person entering the Republic of Kenya (foreigners, except citizens of EAC member states), including infants and children. This is always valid for one entry.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR GERMAN CITIZEN
FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES

  • passport
    scan of bio data page as PDF, passport must at least valid for 6 month after date of arrival and have 1 free page
  • photograph
    biometric (as JPG)
  • booking confirmation
    of hotel (JPG)
  • booking confirmation
    of flight, with flight number (JPG)

FOR eTA-BUSINESS

additional to minimum requirements:

  • letter of invitation
    from company in Kenia (JPG)

  • company registration certificate
    of company in Kenia (JPG)

Please fill out the following form and send us all documents via email:

  • passport photograph (biometric, format JPG)
  • scan of passport (coloured, bio data page, format JPG, min. 10 KB, max. 300 KB)
  • booking confirmation of hotel and flight with flight number (JPG)
  • additionally for business:
     - letter of invitation (JPG)
     - company registration certificate (company in Kenia) (JPG)

fees per applicant:
31.00 USD (fee for regular eTA) plus credit card fees (may vary) or 80.00 USD (fee for East Africa visa)
+ 60,00 € (SERVISUM fee, plus VAT)
plus administration fee (4,50 €, incl. VAT) per order
