Visa application / entry requirements: Qatar

German citizens can apply for a visa waiver with a validity of 180 days upon entry. This entitles the holder to multiple entries and a maximum stay of 90 days during the validity period. The visa waiver is issued free of charge on presentation of suitable proof of the reason for the trip, accommodation and return or onward travel tickets. This regulation applies to tourist and visiting trips as well as business trips and for all border posts and Doha Airport.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES

• current residence registration (Meldebescheinigung) (if EU citizen) or

  original bank statements of the last 3 months and a copy of them to compare (originals will be returned)
