MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL VISA CATEGORIES

  • passport
    coloured copy of page with personal data, at least valid for 6 months after journey and bear at least 2 blank pages

  • passport picture
    coloured, biometric photo requirements


    • FOR TOURIST/PRIVATE VISA

    additional to minimum requirements above

    • proof of accommodation
      reservation of hotel or letter of invitation and ID from host

    FOR BUSINESS VISA

    additional to minimum requirements above

    • letter of invitation
      from company in Malawi

    • business registration certificate
      or certificate of incoproration from company in Malawi

Further documents may be required, which will only be displayed during the application process.

50,00 € to 250,00 € (visa fee, depends on purpose and validity of visa)
+ 60,00 € (SERVISUM fee, plus VAT)
plus administration fee (4,50 €, per order)
