German citizens and citizens of some other nationalities can obtain a visa on arrival for visits, tourism and business purposes for a period of up to 30 days. Applications via the eVisa platform are currently suspended.

Residence, student and transit visas must still be applied for via Mozambican missions abroad; the Embassy of Mozambique in Berlin provides information on how to do this.
